Beyond Appliances is proud to be one of the select few appliance retailers nationally who offer Free In Home Delivery Service. This includes all orders exceeding $1,250. Our delivery service will deliver your appliance into your house (up to 7 stairs up) for no shipping charge.
For all orders below $1,250 a shipping fee of $150 will apply.
Note: The above only applies for orders in our coverage area. Our coverage area encompasses 90% of the United States with most of the U.S. populated areas included. We are constantly adding more zip codes to our coverage map to be able to provide you with free shipping.
To check if your zip code is in our coverage zone, kindly select an appliance and check in your shopping cart if the “In Home delivery” option is available.
For all orders beyond our coverage zone, a flat fee of $250 will apply and will include curbside delivery only.
What “Free in Home Delivery Service” Includes and other services that can be added
Our delivery service includes bringing the appliance into your home up to 7 stairs up at no charge to you. (exceeding the 7 stairs limit, a fee will apply at time of delivery).
Additional services, such as appliance installation, haul away of old appliances and white glove service are available for an extra fee and can be purchased as soon as order is completed and tracking information has been updated.
Tracking Information after purchase
After your item gets shipped, you will receive an email with order information and live tracking information so that you can easily track your order.
As soon as your order arrives at the local terminal, our carrier will reach out to you via email and/or phone to schedule a delivery date. Kindly make sure that a correct number and email address is given at order checkout to avoid issues of not being able to reach the customer. In most cases a 4 hour delivery window will be given for time of delivery. For your convenience, the driver will also contact the customer 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Shipping lead time for in stock items and how to obtain an item currently out of stock
All products that are marked on our website as “In Stock” are available for immediate shipping with lead time being 13-16 business days.
If we carry a product, but do not have it currently in one of our warehouses, a message “Email Us” will be displayed near the item. Please email us at Shop@BeyondAppliances.com and we will let you know how soon you can expect to have the appliance delivered.
Because we carry most high end brands, some appliances will require a special order which can easily be obtained. Please reach out to our knowledgeable staff who will be happy to guide you on how to get the specific appliance needed in an efficient manner.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after appliance delivery if the following conditions are met:
Please be aware that we accept returns on appliances “only” if the box has not been opened, or tampered in any form. The item needs to be in its original packaging with all warranties and documents included. If the box has been opened or tampered with in any form, we unfortunately are unable to accept a return.
Note “A 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs applies to all returns”.
Damaged in Transit
If the outside packaging arrives looking dented or damaged, the customer has the option to refuse and not accept delivery.
However, in most instances, the damage can be easily resolved by replacing the dented or defective part with a brand new one that can be shipped to the customer immediately. The required part will be sent and a professional appliance technician will install it. We then offer a partial reimbursement for the inconvenience that was caused depending on specific factors.
Damages must be noted and marked on the delivery questionnaire at time of delivery.
Please note: We cannot accept damage claims that were not marked on the delivery receipt.
If the box was opened and/or installed but the unit is not working properly
All our products have a one year warranty policy by the manufacturer.
Please email our support team Support@BeyondAppliances.com. We have a skilled team with quick response time to help you with any issues you may be having. Our dedicated staff will make sure to address your concerns in the most efficient matter.
In the case of an issue, we schedule service with the manufacturer. In most cases, after troubleshooting your appliance, their trained technician will be able to adjust the setting and resolve the issue easily. If they deem your appliance faulty, you can be assured that the manufacturer will replace it quickly at no cost to you.
Note: Items will only be considered defective if manufacturer technician confirms as such.
